We work to keep product, vehicle, and pricing information accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update information or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance; we may decline or cancel an order, in which case we will not charge you or will issue a refund for the affected amount.
We ship within Canada. Any delivery timelines we provide are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Vehicle importation involves third parties and processes outside our sole control; timelines and requirements can vary, and nothing on this site should be taken as a guarantee of a specific import, registration, or delivery outcome.
For questions about returns or warranty on a vehicle or part, please contact us at darc@samuraitrucks.com and we will work with you. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are handled per the manufacturer's terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SamuraiTrucks Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any product or vehicle purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or vehicle giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
