30 days from delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all original tags and documentation.
Email Darc@samuraitrucks.com or call 780-533-3303 to start a return. We'll send return instructions and the return address. Customer pays return shipping (we recommend Canada Post or Purolator with tracking). Once received and inspected, refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Special-order items (clearly marked at checkout and on product pages). Items used, installed, or modified. Items returned outside the 30-day window. Items missing original packaging or tags.
Defective items are handled per the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us first — we'll help coordinate with the manufacturer. Some manufacturers require direct contact (we'll provide details).
No restocking fee for unused items returned in original packaging within 30 days. Items returned outside policy may not be accepted or may incur fees.
